Encore is an Integrated Accounting, CRM and Business product. It is written by Anagram Systems, a company based in the UK. It is a 32bit BASDA VAT and XML Accredited product. We found Encore software when we were looking for a fully integrated stock control package that combined all the essential parts of SOP, POP, serial\batch and pricing. We were not disappointed. It offers ERP functionality for less than the price of all its competitors, works seamlessly over Terminal Services and is a real windows product.

Stock – unrivalled functionality : POP (order, grn, invoice, “available today”, “scheduling” , back-to-back ordering, unlimited price lists and supplier stock codes), SOP (quote, order, despatch, invoice, unlimited price lists and customer stock codes), unlimited price lists, serial\batch, variants, approvals, multiple locations, multiple bins, multi level BOM's, kits, machine time, assemblies...the list goes on. Encore fully supports the wholesaler, manufacturer and indeed anyone who deals in stock.

An unlimited number of document layouts that you can force to be printed to certain customer and suppliers by fax or email together with Encore's 'attach' icon on many document and master file records provides a complete document management tool to support any business. Imagine a supplier ringing up and you can see a scan of their invoice on screen in seconds or looking at an assembly record and being able to open a technical drawing, some technical notes and a schedule of best practice.

A fully integrated mail merge – imagine getting a list of all your customers looked after by salesman A who bought products X,Y & Z in last 3 months and spent more than £350 in doing so and use that to print labels and a marketing letter. This uses Encore’s unique analysis table technology that gives users the option to tag suppliers, customers and stock items with as many tags as you wish. For example, a customer can be tagged with the salesman who looks after them, a region, a grade or anything you decide to create. Thereafter every customer report (aged debt, day books, sales analysis) can be run based on these tags
